It's New Year's Day and people were out late last night. This teenager named Charlotte Owensby had a great workout today but actually showed up and the first words out of her mouth we're..."I want to go back to bed!" We can't just be complacent when we are getting ready to travel around the world to play some ITF grade 1 or higher events. Those won't be easy tournaments. We must work and strive to be better than we were yesterday. (Notice the difference in foot alignment at the beginning of the drill versus the last 3 cones.) Was the beginning or the end of the drill better? Does it matter? Why does it matter?
