Working on backhand spacing from the cone and wide solid stance structure. Why am I so darn picky? Guess that is why thy pay me! Anyways, shown here is highly national ranked Matt Rodriguez doing a great job of being intense, he is getting a good distance away from the cones which we simulate as ball placement, his feet are lined up well and pretty wide (good), and he has some decent knee bend. Of course, I asked him for a better knee bend for the next set and my real problem with this was that he was lifting up instead of keeping the knees bent during the stroke.
