Coco has very long limbs (arms and legs) and absolutely loves it (NOT!) when instead of having to run fast and far, she is required to quickly create space with her feet and get away from the ball or in this case cone (cones simulate the strike zone where the racket head must cross). We only look for a few things besides intensity during this type of agility drill such as: creating space with the feet only so normal swing path does not change, early unit turn, good stance structure and alignment of the feet(closed for this), good balance and back leg load, wide stance, and bent knees with no popping up. 14 Year Old Itf #1 Cori Coco Gauff, French Open Junior Champion, and 13 year old US Open Junior Finalist is shown training her footwork
