Charlotte Owensby really seemed to love (Not at all) this exercise which includes bending/open stance to 90 degrees while holding a 10 lb weight and moving against a resistance cord. Oh yeah....she was also required to hold the lunge position for a count of 5. That is Fun!! Good exercise for those players who need strength on the outside leg.
